This 2022 Porsche 992 GT3 finished in Shark Blue over a black leather and Race-Tex interior with stitching in GT Silver. Remaining with its original owner in Florida, this stunning 992 GT3 is now being offered for auction with less than 500 miles showing on the odometer.
This 992 was ordered in the GT3's new debut color of Shark Blue along with wheels painted in Satin Black and Exclusive Design Taillights. The latest GT3 features lightweight aluminum and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) throughout the body as well as a new swan-neck mounted rear wing and air outlets molded into the carbon fiber front hood. Clear paint protection film has been applied over the front-end and while the full exterior received a ceramic coating treatment, additional images are provided in the gallery. The factory 20”/21” GT3 center-lock wheels come dressed in their original Goodyear tires.
The cabin is trimmed in black leather and Race-Tex suede upholstery with GT Silver stitching and Shark Blue painted inlays. Optional full carbon fiber bucket seats are paired with exclusive seatbelts in Shark Blue. Other features include an extended range fuel tank (23.7 gal) the Front Axle Lift System, ParkAssist (rear), Chrono Package, Bose Surround Sound System, Storage Package, and auto-dimming mirrors with an integrated rain sensor. The seller notes an integrated Escort front/rear radar detector system has been installed.
Power comes from a naturally-aspirated 4.0L flat-six engine developed at Porsche’s Flacht motorsport facility, featuring new rear engine mounts, six individual throttle bodies, and an output of up to 502 HP and 346 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by way of a 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission which provides acceleration from 0-60 MPH in approximately 3.7 seconds while saving 37 lbs. over the alternate 7-speed PDK gearbox. The double-wishbone front suspension was derived from the 911 RSR race car while standard performance features include rear-axle steering, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Porsche Stability Management (PSM), and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus). The car remains covered under the balance of its factory warranty.
